The Y is a leading nonprofit committed to nurturing the potential of every child and teen, supporting their social-emotional, cognitive and physical development from birth to career. In the YMCA of South Palm Beach County’s after-school program children have access to fun and educational activities designed to keep them busy, engaged and active during out-of-school-time.
Through a well-rounded approach to youth development, the Y offers activities in a safe environment after school, including art and humanities, outdoor play and sports, swimming, themed activities, homework support and more. Whether through sports, mentorship, or academic support, the Y nurtures the potential of youth throughout the school year.
Financial assistance is also available to those in need, in order to ensure every child and teen has the opportunity to learn and grow at the Y. In addition, the Y offers the program with options such as ‘with transportation’ and ‘self-transportation’:
-With transportation $240 per month Y Members or $350 per month non-Y Members, plus a $25 Registration fee.
-With self-transportation: $210 per month Y Members or $320 per month non-Y Members, plus a $25 Registration fee.
The Peter Blum Family Y in Boca Raton is also proud to offer an after-school program for individuals with special needs.
